Our client based in Southampton is looking for an experienced Occupational Health Specialist to join their team as a Head of Occupational Health on a permanent basis within their friendly and supportive team.
Role Details
This is a full-time, permanent position with site work in Southampton and the option to work from home. The salary is up to £60,000 per annum. This role offers an excellent opportunity to become part of a proactive and friendly OH team.
Main Duties
- Operational planning, development, and delivery of high-quality specialised Occupational Health services.
- Autonomous work with professional responsibility for the systematic governance of occupational health practices.
- Providing clinical support to less experienced team members.
- Applying strong analytical and judgmental skills.
- Maintaining excellent communication and relationship skills.
Experience and Skills Required
- At least 2 years of experience in a leadership role.
- Occupational Health Degree or Diploma (essential).
- Case management experience (essential).
