- Essential criteria: Degree in Occupational Therapy or equivalent, HCPC registration.
- Desirable criteria: Qualification of recognised highly specialist skills in relevant areas (Masters or equivalent), Post Graduate qualification/experience in leadership.
- EXPERIENCE
- Essential criteria: Able to demonstrate recent NHS experience or equivalent, Evidence of current consolidated experience at a Senior Level in relevant speciality.
- Desirable criteria: Qualification of recognised highly specialist skills in relevant areas (Masters or equivalent), Experience of working in acute and community specialities.
- Skills and Knowledge
- Essential criteria: Must be literate, numerate and possess advanced verbal communication skills, Ability to analyse, select and apply appropriate interventions from a range of modalities, Good working clinical knowledge of specialist and standard community assistive equipment prescribing (including wheelchairs), Demonstrate ability to prioritise caseload and delegate clinical and non-clinical duties to staff of a lower grade.
