Wise May are looking for a Team Personal Assistant/Office Assistant to join our client, an extremely busy and vibrant corporate consultancy business based in central London. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a lovely team in a company who reward hard work. Hybrid working offered (1 day working from home), flexible working hours considered (08:00 - 17:00 or 09:00 - 18:00).
Team PA/Office Assistant duties to include:
- Diary management for the Senior Leadership Team.
- Managing travel bookings for worldwide travel.
- Assisting to ensure the smooth running of the office including help with reception duties and welcoming visitors.
- Ad hoc administration across all that need administrative support.
- Working closely with the Marketing Team on company events.
- Support the Senior EA with ad hoc tasks.
- Organising internal socials and events.
Team PA/Office Assistant skills and experience required:
- Demonstrable experience supporting Senior Leadership Teams with diary management, travel bookings and administrative tasks, ideally within a consultancy or government organisation.
- Flexible approach, with a 'can-do' attitude.
- Diary and travel management experience is essential.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Interest in public policy or politics, and excited to be a part of a growing team, adaptable and looking to make an impact.
- Able to work independently or as part of a team.
