Role The Marketing Manager will play a pivotal role in developing and executing digital marketing initiatives, focusing on the BNPPRE brand to enhance visibility and drive business growth. Our Marketing & Communications team supports the business in meeting strategic objectives by bringing our services to market, engaging audiences, and strengthening the BNPPRE brand. Responsibilities Contribute to digital marketing plans aligned with overall business strategy, providing advice and revising strategies as needed. Plan and execute campaigns including SEO/SEM, paid social media, and display advertising. Measure and report on campaign performance, using analytics to optimize customer interactions and user journeys. Support business development activities, including the implementation of Microsoft Dynamics and Key Account Management programs. Manage digital campaigns supporting lead generation, brand awareness, and content promotion. Collaborate internally to create and optimize web content for SEO and user experience. Assist in delivering key client events through targeted marketing efforts. Work with Research and PR teams to develop engaging content for digital platforms. Accountabilities Implement BNPPRE’s brand campaigns, ensuring consistency and alignment with corporate messaging. Coordinate with HQ and BNP Paribas to promote the brand internally and externally. Build relationships with senior stakeholders. Stay updated on digital trends and recommend new technologies, considering impacts like AI and cookie-less environments. Requirements Degree or equivalent experience. Proficiency in MS Office suite. Proven track record in B2B marketing, with social media, digital marketing, and CRM expertise.
