Complex Care Assistant: Role & Responsibilities

This is an excellent opportunity to enhance your current skill base and join us as a Complex Care Assistant. You will receive full training and clinical support to develop skills in various complex areas such as tracheotomy, ventilation, seizure management, and stoma care, among others. We support people of all ages in the community and their homes, with conditions like Spinal Cord injury, Muscular dystrophy, acquired brain injuries, and more. Each day presents new challenges, and your work will make a positive difference in your clients\’ lives while helping you grow professionally.

Qualifications & Skills

Previous experience in a care assistant role is beneficial but not essential. The key attributes we look for include:
