We are looking for a delivery lead to mobilise and deliver an ambitious change agenda with one of our key strategic partners. This is a great job for someone who thrives on delivering complex change and wants to shape the future of our Wealth business. You’ll be confident leading large teams, managing senior stakeholders, and working with strategic partners to deliver outcomes that matter. A bit about the job:

This role sits within the IWR CIO team and is all about delivering change across technology, operations, and partnerships. You’ll lead a team of around 60 people and work closely with our external strategic partner: FNZ. Your focus will be on delivering integration, managing dependencies, and ensuring outcomes are achieved on time and on budget. It’s a high-impact role with visibility at the very top of the organization.

Skills and experience we’re looking for:

  • Experience leading large-scale transformation programmes
  • Strong background in IT delivery, integration, and data migration, working to agile project management methodologies
  • Financial services experience is a must (Banking, Wealth, Insurance sectors etc.)
  • Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills
  • Experience working with FNZ platform(s)
