Altum Consulting is partnering with a leading global HR transformation consultancy to find a manager level Change Management consultant. This is your opportunity to work on high-impact global transformation projects, collaborate with top-tier clients, and play a key role in a high-performing consultancy team. You’ll be part of a friendly, collaborative, fast-paced team focused on delivering real value.
About you:
- At least 5+ years of change management consulting experience within HR or Workplace transformations
- Expert in both strategic change capability and hands-on delivery across culture, operating model, and digital change
- Proficient with a full suite of change tools and methodologies across all phases of a change programme, from strategy and roadmap design to impact and readiness assessments, stakeholder engagement
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, both written and spoken
- Ability to build trusted client relationships quickly at all levels, representing the company with professionalism and capability
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Ability to analyze complex issues and present clear, understandable solutions
- Passion for developing long-term client relationships
- Team player, self-starter with a proactive attitude, valuing collaboration
- Effective leader and coach, whether in line management or project leadership
