Our client is a high growth, privately owned business operating in the B2B Software space within the Fintech segment. They are looking to hire a Demand Generation Manager to join its growing Marketing team. This is a fantastic opportunity to own and scale lead generation strategy in a fast-evolving B2B SaaS business who are growing across Europe & the US.
What You’ll Do:
- Plan, execute & report on Demand Generation campaigns
- Build and optimise workflows and lead nurturing in HubSpot

What We’re Looking For:
- 3 years of experience in a pure Demand Generation or performance marketing role, with a strong focus on pipeline creation and revenue impact
- Hands-on experience with HubSpot (workflows, segmentation, reporting)
- Background in the B2B SaaS/Software/Tech Services industry, ideally with long sales cycles and complex buyer journeys
- Data-driven mindset with a strong focus on metrics like ROI, CAC, CPL, and pipeline contribution
- Based within commutable distance to London, with occasional travel to Ireland for team meetings or industry events
