Our client is a global insurance law firm with offices across the UK. They are currently recruiting a Healthcare / Clinical Negligence Solicitor with 0-4 years PQE to join their Healthcare team in Wolverhampton. The firm offers hybrid working and a competitive salary dependent on experience.
Your new role
This Healthcare / Clinical Negligence Solicitor role will see you handle your own caseload of clinical negligence matters from inception to conclusion on behalf of NHS Resolution. You will be expected to provide expert legal advice on clinical negligence claims, including drafting, reviewing, and negotiating case documents.
What you'll need to succeed
- You must be a qualified solicitor / chartered legal executive with ideally 0-4 years PQE. Applicants exceeding this level of experience are encouraged to apply.
