We’re In Digital – one of the UK’s Best Workplaces – and we’re on the lookout for a CRO Manager to lead game-changing optimisation strategies for some of the most exciting brands in the world. You’ll work directly with clients like the Financial Times, The Independent, and Experian, managing experimentation roadmaps, leading a team of CRO specialists, and shaping impactful digital journeys.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Own and lead testing strategies and CRO roadmaps for multiple clients across sectors
- Use tools like Optimizely, VWO, Piano or Zephr to design, run and evaluate A/B and multivariate tests
- Translate data into insights using GA4 (must-have), Amplitude, Mixpanel, and Adobe Analytics
- Collaborate with front-end developers, UX designers, and strategists to bring tests to life
- Coach and develop a growing CRO team, helping shape the future of In Digital’s optimisation offering
- Build strong client relationships as a trusted advisor on all things experimentation and UX
What You’ll Bring:
- 3+ years in CRO or UX optimisation, ideally agency-side
- Solid experience with testing platforms (Optimizely, VWO, etc.) and data tools (GA4 is essential)
- Analytical mindset: you’re confident with data, statistics, and experimentation principles
- Excellent communication and client-handling skills
- Bonus: knowledge of HTML/CSS/JS (but don’t worry, we’ve got front-end devs to support you)
