Join Our Growing Team at First Time Finance. We’re looking for an experienced Insurance Case Manager to join our fast-growing, tech-driven team. If you’ve got at least 1 year of admin experience in life insurance, critical illness cover, income protection, and general insurance, and you care about doing the right thing for clients - we’d love to hear from you. You’ll play a key role in ensuring protection policies are smoothly processed and set up correctly, helping our clients feel supported every step of the way.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Submitting protection and GI applications via insurer portals
- Liaising with underwriters and resolving case queries
- Managing communications and keeping clients informed
- Placing policies into trust where appropriate
- Double-checking all details to ensure accurate and compliant setups
- Supporting two advisers and managing your own caseload
