Job Description

Responsibilities:

  1. Automation and optimization of HR processes: construction and improvement of HR procedures to improve business efficiency;
  2. Onboarding and offboarding management: setting up, maintaining, and updating processes via Jira and BambooHR;
  3. Administration of BambooHR systems and HR projects in Jira: integration support, access settings, data synchronization;
  4. Management of HR policies: creating, updating, and maintaining policies;
  5. Analytics: data collection and analysis, tracking of key HR metrics.

Requirements:

  1. 4+ years of experience in HR operations;
  2. Experience in optimization and automation of HR procedures;
  3. Hands-on experience with Jira and BambooHR: configuration of processes, administration, integration with other systems;
  4. HR project management skills, ability to manage HR projects on your own;
  5. Experience in administration of HRM systems: working with access, alerts, and settings;
  6. Ability to create and design HR policies;
  7. Experience with analytics: collection and analysis of HR data, development of HR metrics and reports;
  8. Excellent knowledge of Google Workspace (Google Docs, Google Sheets, Google Forms, Google Meet, etc.);
  9. English at Upper Intermediate level;
  10. Analytical thinking: ability to analyze processes, find ways to optimize them;
  11. Proactivity and initiative: the ability to independently identify opportunities for improvement;
  12. Openness to learning: willingness to constantly learn new tools and adapt to changes in business processes;
  13. Excellent communication and collaboration skills: ability to effectively collaborate with various departments;
  14. Attention to detail and autonomy.
