RFID Specialist

RFID Specialist – Fashion Start-Up London – On-Site Rolling Contract £300–£400 per day (outside IR35) We’re an ambitious fashion start-up in London, blending style with smart retail technology and we\’re now looking for an experienced RFID Specialist to join us on a rolling contract. This is a key role supporting the design, implementation, and optimisation of RFID systems across our store operations. If you\’re passionate about how technology can transform inventory accuracy, customer experience, and store efficiency, we’d love to speak with you. MUST be willing to work onsite and be available to start ASAP (this week!). What You’ll Do: Lead and support the implementation of RFID solutions across our retail footprint. Configure and troubleshoot RFID hardware and software (readers, tags, handheld scanners). Collaborate with store teams and IT support to ensure smooth operation and adoption. Work closely with vendors and internal stakeholders to ensure RFID systems are well-integrated with POS and inventory platforms. Monitor system performance and recommend enhancements for tracking, loss prevention, and stock management. What You’ll Bring: Proven experience working with RFID systems in a retail or logistics environment. Solid understanding of RFID hardware, tag encoding, and associated infrastructure. Familiarity with store operations, inventory workflows, and retail tech stacks (POS, WMS, etc.). Comfortable translating technical capabilities into practical in-store benefits. Proactive, hands-on attitude and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced setting. MUST be willing to work onsite and be available to start ASAP (this week!).
