Are you a driven Business Development professional ready to accelerate growth in the Electronics Industry? We are seeking a proactive and results-oriented Business Development Manager for our Assembly division. You will be instrumental in developing existing customer relationships and winning new business, aligning our capabilities with customer needs in target markets.
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Identifying and winning new business opportunities.
- Pro-active sales prospecting and qualifying future sales.
- Managing key accounts and expanding relationships with existing customers.
- Collaborating with Estimating/Production to ensure competitive quotes.
- Maintaining accurate CRM data and managing sales KPIs.
What You'll Bring:
Experience: Minimum 5 years in the Electronic Industry (PCBA preferred), with a consistent 3+ year sales track record. Experience in Contract Electronic Manufacturing (CEM) is essential. Advantageous sectors: Medical device, Aerospace, Military & Defence, Life Science, Space, Automotive, Telecommunication, Oil & Gas, Renewable Energy, Maritime, Industrial Equipment, Networking & Communications.
Skills: Target-focused, commercially aware, strong communication & presentation, time management, self-starter, adaptable, computer literate, full UK Driver’s license.
Qualifications: Degree preferred but not essential.
