Are you a creative and driven L&D professional fluent in German or French? We are recruiting on behalf of Europe’s leading developer and manager of upscale designer retail destinations, seeking a Digital Learning and Development Partner to design and deliver innovative digital learning solutions across eight countries. Your Role: Support the L&D agenda and design impactful learning activities (25% delivery). Develop and deliver blended learning programs, focusing on e-learning and new technologies. Conduct inductions and tailor training to meet local needs. Create user-friendly guides for tools and processes. Assist in implementing our Learning Management System (LMS). Monitor and enhance learning initiatives through continuous feedback. Drive projects that boost workforce culture, diversity, and inclusion.
