What We’re Looking For

  • Compassionate, motivated, and innovative educators who have a deep passion for working with young children and supporting their development.
  • Demonstrate creativity, patience, and enthusiasm in their teaching approach.
  • Prior experience working with children under the age of 5.
  • Possess a working knowledge of the EYFS curriculum and experience implementing it in a nursery or similar setting.
  • Hold one of the following qualifications: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS), a relevant degree assessed by ECCTIS through the Early Years service, or a Level 3 qualification in Early Years (UK-based).
