As a Demand Generation Specialist, your responsibilities will be: Coordinate and execute integrated multi-channel marketing activities including digital media, ABM, webinars, live events, and email. Work in unison with the Inbound and Outbound teams to optimize sales funnels and improve conversion rates. Collaborate across the organization and communicate detailed campaign plans with key stakeholders such as Content, Web, Design, and Sales teams. Develop and execute pre- and post-event promotion and nurture efforts for global events in collaboration with the Field Marketing Manager. Project manage campaign tasks in Monday.com, including owning the global campaign calendar, submitting Creative Services and Marketing Operations tickets, updating statuses, and tracking deadlines. Manage procurement and invoicing processes to ensure timely payments to vendors and agencies. Requirements 1-3 years of relevant experience in B2B demand generation, event marketing, and/or campaign management. Highly organized, detail-oriented problem solver with experience working with marketing and sales funnels. Able to work in a fast-paced environment, juggling short and long-term priorities along with daily demands. Self-motivated team player with strong collaborative skills and an enthusiastic learner’s mindset.
