They are looking to hire a third person to join their Manchester team, working with a cohort to develop consultants from rookies to team leads. The Role
As an L&D Consultant, you will:
- Design and deliver L&D solutions via classroom, desk-based, 121 coaching, and live call coaching.
- Coordinate training administration, planning, and needs analysis with management.
- Provide verbal feedback to managers and stakeholders on trainee progress.
- Support onboarding with proactive feedback to maximize retention.
- Manage training programs and analyze/report on their effectiveness.
What we are looking for
- At least 3+ years of recruitment experience with success in billings/promotions.
- Experience in mentoring, training, and coaching groups and individuals.
- Extensive experience as a 360 recruiter or in training consultants in Business Development.
