Total Recruit are recruiting for FLT Counterbalance Drivers for their prestigious client, a Global Storage and Distribution business specialising in frozen food.
Working on a 12 hour, continental shift pattern that does include weekends (you will work only 2 weekends out of a 6 week rota) you will need to be flexible with your hours, overtime is available and paid at a higher rate.
You will be working in a freezer, at minus 19 degrees, but ALL PPE is provided. This is a temp to perm role position for the right person.
Duties will include:
- Unloading and Loading wagons and put away onto the conveyor
- Driving onto the back of trailers to load and unload the pallets
- Loading outbound deliveries
- Moving stock around the warehouse
- Minimal other non FLT duties such as checking and general housekeeping
Skills Required:
- Valid FLT Counterbalance License (RTITB or equivalent) and have experience
- You must be able to work in a freezer –19 degrees
- Used onboard computers or have basic IT skills
