Job Description Reed in Partnership specializes in skills training for the long-term unemployed, working with employers and providing youth services. We are seeking a Centre Administrator for a 12-month fixed-term contract. Role Overview: The Centre Administrator supports Service Leaver experience, acting as the first point of contact for onboarding onto the Career Transition Partnership (CTP), managing registration, queries, and supporting administration of the Resettlement Centre. Responsibilities include: Accurately capturing Service Leaver and programme data. Uploading activities to the Digital Platform for workshops. Managing confidential data in compliance with GDPR. Preparing classrooms and conducting stock takes. Supporting site requirements and administrative tasks. Customer Service: Contact Service Leavers within five days of referral to promote CTP benefits and support registration and booking. Assist Service Leavers with platform access and general support via phone, email, or in person. Benefits: Competitive salary (pro-rata for part-time). Flexible working hours. Screening Criteria: Resided in the UK for the past 5 years (security clearance requirement). At least 2 A-Levels or Level 3 Diploma, GCSE English Grade B or equivalent, or Level 2 Literacy.
