We are excited to be working with a leading law on a great opportunity for an experienced Rewards professional to join their highly regarded team.
The Role
- Work closely with colleagues in the HR team to support the development of competitive and varied reward strategies.
- Recognise the hard work of their employees and support the ambitions to attract brilliant talent.
- Involved in discussions with senior leadership relating to their evolving reward and benefits strategy.
- Participate in new initiatives developed within the team.
Skills and Experience
- Proven track record in designing, implementing, and managing a broad range of benefits.
- Ability to lead and manage reward and benefits projects from design to implementation.
- Proficient in project management related to benefits administration and salary review processes.
- Confident communicator, able to present and articulate new ideas to senior leaders.
- Experience with Workday is advantageous.
- Familiarity with Flexible Benefit systems, particularly Darwin, is desirable.
