Do you have experience working within CNC? I am recruiting on behalf of a well-established and growing engineering company based in Tewkesbury. You will be working on 3 axis machines setting and operating within a great team. Key Responsibilities:

  • Set up and operate CNC machines for both new production and tool regrinding
  • Read and interpret engineering drawings to guide production
  • Program CNC machines offline to optimise productivity
  • Monitor machine performance and adjust settings as necessary
  • Perform routine maintenance checks and complete quality control documentation
  • Collaborate with the wider team to resolve production issues
  • Use handheld and digital measuring tools for accurate quality checks
  • Manual grinding experience is advantageous, but training will be provided

  • Proven experience operating and programming CNC machines
  • Strong understanding of engineering drawings and tight tolerances
