As the newest member of Tesla's Future Talent Traineeship Programme, you will play a key part in supporting us in our mission 'to accelerate the world's transition to sustainable energy' and forming the next generation of Tesla talent. Whether you're looking for an alternative to further education, just graduated, or simply wanting a change of career to something more exciting, this is a fantastic opportunity to experience all the key entry-level roles Tesla offers. The programme focuses on potential rather than academic achievement and includes mentorship from passionate industry professionals.

We are offering up to 28 vacancies across various UK & Ireland locations, with some locations specializing in our Certified Pre-Owned (CPO) business area:

  • London: Heathrow, Park Royal, Tottenham
  • South Coast: Southampton (CPO), Winchester
  • Home Counties: Chelmsford, Dartford, Gatwick, Guildford, Milton Keynes, Reading (CPO), St Albans
  • Midlands: Longbridge (CPO), Northampton, Nottingham, Solihull, Wolverhampton (CPO & New)
  • Northwest: Manchester Central, Manchester South (CPO)
  • Northeast: Newcastle
  • Scotland: Edinburgh, Glasgow
  • East: Cambridge (CPO)
  • Southwest: Bristol, Cardiff
  • Ireland: Cork, Dublin

Please note, the final recruitment stage will be an in-person group assessment in mid-late July 2025 at select locations.

This programme offers a challenging, hands-on experience with rotations across core departments. Your performance will be reviewed at each rotation, helping you develop skills and grow beyond the 12 months. It’s ideal for motivated self-starters who enjoy accountability and innovation, supporting key business functions, exceeding targets, and contributing new ideas.

The core departments include:

  • Front of House: Providing excellent visitor, customer, and employee experiences
  • Delivery: Assisting with vehicle collections to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Parts: Supporting sourcing and allocation of vehicle parts
  • Virtual Prep: Assisting customers pre-service, diagnosing faults, and educating customers
  • Service: Performing common vehicle repairs
  • Sales: Supporting customer purchase journeys
  • Elective Rotation: The final rotation aligned with your potential future role

Post-programme, based on your performance, you may have the opportunity to apply for full-time roles aligned with your strengths and aspirations.
