About This Opportunity
The key focus of the role is to provide effective, accurate and timely administration support across our resourcing activity, supporting both applicants and hiring managers to ensure a positive experience.
Role Responsibilities
- First response to candidate queries
- Support with candidate pipeline application screening
- Organise and attend recruitment events on university campuses across the UK
- Send mass emails, assessments, and pre-drafted updates
- Assessment centre and interview scheduling support
- Initiate background screening
- Coordinate and conduct new joiner right to work checks
- Support administration of key pre-joining engagement activities
- Support the execution of the annual Early Careers induction event
- Place adverts on relevant job boards
- Support wider Talent Acquisition administrative tasks
How You Will Be Supported
Full training and support will be provided by our expert tutors and assessment staff. You will also be assigned a workplace mentor to pass on skills and knowledge.

Minimum Requirements
- GCSE Maths and English A*-C/9-4
- Qualifications equivalent to 3 A Levels or higher
- Personal qualities such as punctuality, customer service mindset, professionalism, enthusiasm, attention to detail
- Skills including professional communication, proficiency in Microsoft Office, ability to learn online systems, self-management, teamwork enthusiasm
