Are you a legal Partner open to setting up on your own so that you can control what clients you engage with, when & how you work with them and how you structure your fees? Talent Focus is partnering with an innovative global law firm who will support you every step of the way, from insurance to coaching and office space to referral networks.

We are seeking candidates who further build more depth and breadth in the teams our client currently has in the following areas;

• Corporate and governance.
• Strategic transactions: M&A, venture capital and strategic alliances.
• Commercial contracts of all kinds.
• Corporate finance, fund formation.
• Technology, blockchain and digital assets.
• Disputes.
• Global mobility and employment.
• IP.

Capabilities to add

We are, in particular, looking to add to their capabilities in the following areas:

• Insolvency, restructuring and bankruptcy, chapter 11 proceedings, 363 sales, workouts etc.
• Bank regulatory, finance, secured lending.
• Real estate finance.
• General commercial litigators, and also litigators with some specialist experience in white collar crime, and corporate-related litigation such as shareholder disputes, breach of fiduciary duties.
• IP licensing, trademark and copyright.
• International trade.
• Tax.
• ERISA and executive compensation.
• Data privacy and AI.
• Corporate / securities lawyers with public company experience.
• Technology, fintech, biotech and emerging technology.
• Digital asset, crypto and blockchain.
