Job Description:
KYC / Customer Service Administrator City of London / Hybrid Permanent cer Financial is working alongside a bank based in the City of London. They are seeking a Customer Service Administrator to work with them on a permanent basis. The Customer Service Administrator will manage the customer lifecycle across all customer types, including personal, business, ISA, and charities, providing exceptional service aligned with company values.
Responsibilities include:
- Onboarding new customers by setting up customer and account records, ensuring initial and ongoing Due Diligence (KYC)
- Processing new deposits, rollovers, and repayments for fixed and notice accounts
- Providing bereavement services
- Maintaining up-to-date customer records
- Inputting daily transactions into the banking system
- Preparing and executing daily transfers and payments
- Performing ad hoc duties as required
Requirements:
