We are a leading manufacturer and supplier of advanced water pumping systems and fluid handling solutions used across critical infrastructure, utilities, and industrial sectors. With a strong reputation for engineering excellence, innovation, and reliability, we serve major UK water utilities, contractors, and consulting engineers. Our products are central to ensuring water supply, wastewater management, and flood resilience.
As we continue to expand our footprint in the UK market, we are seeking a Regional Sales Manager to take ownership of our sales operations across Southern England, with a key focus on strategic relationships and new business development in the water sector.

This is a highly visible role with the autonomy to shape the region’s performance while representing a respected and innovative brand.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales and Business Development: Manage a portfolio of existing utility clients (e.g., Thames Water, Southern Water, South West Water), ensuring high levels of engagement and repeat business. Identify, pursue, and convert new business opportunities through direct sales and specification with consultants and contractors. Lead the development of long-term strategic relationships across utility stakeholders and procurement frameworks.
- Technical and Commercial Expertise: Serve as the regional subject matter expert on pumping equipment, fluid dynamics, and system integration, supported by internal technical specialists. Assist clients with pump selection, system design considerations, and energy efficiency optimization. Prepare and deliver detailed technical and commercial proposals, ensuring alignment with project requirements and industry standards.
- Project and Account Management: Track and manage the full sales cycle – from enquiry, proposal, and tender submission, to contract award and aftersales support. Maintain accurate CRM records, forecasts, and pipeline reports to support national sales strategy and resource planning.
