Pay Rate: $16.00 per hour (higher for returning employees).

Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain downhill mountain bike trails by moving dirt, wood, and stone using shovels & rakes.
- Maintain trails by removing debris, cutting brush, weed whacking, and managing terrain with fertilising, seeding, and mulching.
- Install and maintain drainage ditches and culverts.
- Operate chainsaws, brush cutters, weed whackers, and other power tools.
- Build and maintain wooden structures as required.
- Wear and maintain PPE and manage tools and equipment.
- Operate ATV safely and responsibly.
- Communicate effectively with team members and management.
- Perform other tasks as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and use good judgement.
- Follow safety procedures.
- Clear communication, experience with two-way radios.
- Mountain bike riding experience preferred but not required.

Physical Demands: This is a physically demanding role requiring working on uneven terrain, lifting up to 60 lbs, and working in various weather conditions. Must be physically fit and attentive.
Shift Requirements: Long hours, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays. Applicants must be at least 16 years old. ATV safety training required if driving, first aid & CPR preferred.
