EYFS Teacher - Full-Time

Empowering Learning is proud to be working on behalf of a welcoming primary school in Royton to recruit an experienced and enthusiastic EYFS Teacher to join their Reception team full-time from September 2025. This school has a supportive SLT, excellent indoor/outdoor learning facilities, and a strong community feel.

Responsibilities:

• Plan and deliver child-led, play-based learning in line with the EYFS framework

• Foster a safe, caring, and stimulating environment

• Monitor and assess progress using early learning goals

• Communicate effectively with parents and carers

• Work collaboratively with the EYFS team and teaching assistant

What we\’re looking for:

• QTS with recent EYFS teaching experience

• Strong knowledge of the EYFS curriculum and early development stages

• A creative, nurturing and adaptable teaching style

• Phonics knowledge (RWI or Jolly Phonics) desirable
