We are long-term career development strategists who work with artists to expand their reach and deepen their impact with audiences around the world.
We are seeking a Business Operations & Training Coordinator to join our team and play a pivotal role in training & development, process & system management, as well as supporting the Operations team and assisting in business as usual tasks. This position requires a strategic thinker with strong relationship-building skills and a proactive approach to improving systems, training, and processes across the organisation.
Key Responsibilities- Process Management
- Update, implement, and maintain procedures to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
- Establish and enforce standards and procedures to maintain consistency across Music UK operations.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Training & Development
- Lead training and development initiatives, including providing systems training to new hires and existing employees.
- Collaborate with department heads to refine and enhance new hire training processes.
- Actively engage with key stakeholders to identify opportunities for continuous improvement and ensure best practices are upheld.
- Create and manage company documentation and knowledge bases, ensuring accurate record-keeping and information accessibility.
- Business Partnering
- Evaluate existing business processes, identify inefficiencies, and recommend improvements based on the needs of agents and departments.
- Develop and activate new projects and ideas that align with the company’s strategic goals, ensuring successful execution and adoption.
- Execute and work independently on ongoing projects.
- Proven experience in business operations, CRM management, or a related role.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to develop and execute strategic initiatives.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
- Experience in training and development, particularly in system/process training.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess business needs and implement solutions.
- Ability to work collaboratively across multiple teams and departments.
- Strong problem solver and individual who is comfortable working across many competing tasks and deliverables with minimal oversight.
