We are partnering with a client who extend their expert guidance as a Microsoft Solutions Partner to address their customers’ needs. They help customers navigate the terrain of technological challenges together, offering tailored solutions that streamline operations, enhance efficiency, and propel business’ forward.

They are becoming increasingly busy, and they are looking to expand their team with an experienced Marketing Executive to help support their growing team

Key Responsibilities:

Content Creation and Campaign Management:

  • Develop and execute content strategies, including blog posts, case studies, white papers, and social media updates.
  • Plan and manage marketing campaigns across digital channels to generate leads and increase brand visibility.

CRM Management and Customer Engagement:

  • Maintain and optimise the company’s CRM system to ensure accurate tracking of leads and customer data.
  • Nurture prospective customers through the early stages of the engagement cycle with personalised email campaigns, follow-ups, and tailored content

Lead Generation and Nurturing:

  • Run targeted lead-generation campaigns using platforms like LinkedIn, email marketing, and niche tech forums.
  • Develop and manage workflows to guide leads from initial contact to warm prospects.

Website Management:

  • Optimise website content to improve visibility and attract organic traffic.
  • Update and maintain website pages with new content, customer testimonials, and project showcases.

Social Media and Brand Building:

  • Manage social media channels to enhance the company’s online presence and engage with the target audience.
  • Ensure consistent branding across all marketing materials and platforms.

Event and Webinar Coordination:

  • Organise and promote webinars, virtual events, and industry meetups to showcase the company’s expertise.

Data Analysis and Reporting:

  • Use tools like Google Analytics to measure and report on campaign performance.
  • Analyse customer behaviour and feedback to refine marketing strategies.

Collaboration with Sales and Development Teams:

  • Work closely with the sales team to ensure alignment on lead qualification and customer engagement strategies.
  • Collaborate with the development team to translate technical features into customer-focused messaging.

Budget and Resource Management:

  • Manage the marketing budget effectively, prioritising cost-efficient tools and strategies.
  • Evaluate and recommend third-party tools or services to enhance marketing efforts.

Required Experience:

  • B2B Experience.
  • Ideally worked previously within an IT company or sector.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Experience with CRM systems (Microsoft Dynamics ideally).
  • Proven ability to create compelling marketing content and campaigns.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies and email marketing.
  • Data-driven mindset with experience in analytics and reporting tools.
