Forward Role are partnering with an independent fashion ecommerce business based in Lancashire who are looking to add a Senior Ecommerce Manager to their team. Reporting into the CMO, the Senior Ecommerce Manager will be responsible for the ecommerce strategy and trading of the website. The role is hybrid with 3 days per week in the office.

The Role:

  • As Senior Ecommerce Manager, you’ll own the strategic direction and execution of the D2C channel and marketplaces.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and deliver the ecommerce strategy to meet ambitious growth targets across D2C and marketplace platforms.
  • Lead, mentor, and grow the ecommerce team of 5.
  • Own the P&L for all ecommerce operations.
  • Optimise the customer journey across web, mobile, and digital touchpoints to maximise conversion and lifetime value.
  • Collaborate with marketing, merchandising, logistics, and IT.
  • Oversee trading calendars.
  • Use data and analytics to inform strategy and drive continuous improvement.
  • Stay ahead of trends, tools, and technology to keep the business at the forefront of digital commerce.

  • Proven track record in a senior ecommerce leadership role within an ecommerce business.
  • Commercially driven with strong P&L ownership experience.
