Planet Pharma are working with a global leading pharmaceutical company who are seeking a Clinical Supply Manager on a contract position. In this position, you will oversee clinical supply chain operations for global clinical trials. You will be responsible for end-to-end supply chain management, including packaging, labeling, distribution, forecasting and IRT systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage clinical trial supplies across multiple therapeutic areas, ensuring smooth logistics and regulatory compliance.
- Coordinate packaging, labeling, and distribution processes.
- Develop and maintain supply forecasts using various forecasting tools (SAP experience is a plus).
- Ensure compliance with GCP, GDP, GMP, managing investigational product strategies.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to optimize global clinical supply operations.
- Review and support IRT system specifications to maintain distribution efficiency.
Required Qualifications:
- 2-3 years of experience in clinical supply chain within pharma (must have global trial experience).
- Hands-on experience with clinical logistics and IRT (Sponsor or CMO experience required).
- Bachelor’s degree in a scientific field.
- Exposure to multiple therapeutic areas across all study phases (Phase 2/3 experience is highly desirable).
- Expertise in forecasting systems and planning tools (manual and system-based forecasting).
- Strong knowledge of GCP, GDP, and GMP.
