As a Part Time LCV (B) Driver based in Kingsbridge, you’ll be responsible for:
- Driving a Luton van delivering plumbing and heating items mainly to building sites and on occasion residential addresses
- Loading and unloading the vehicle
- Building relationships with our customers when delivering to customer sites and providing exceptional customer service
- Helping out in the warehouse with booking goods in, picking/packing, loading the vehicles for deliveries the next day and keeping things tidy
This is a permanent part time position working 20 hours per week Monday - Friday.
Here’s what we’d like you to have:
- Full clean driving licence, and preferably experience driving a vehicle of the same size
- Previous experience of multi-drop driving
- Computer knowledge and experience with electronic hand held devices would be an advantage
- Knowledge of the local area
- A positive can-do attitude, with an enthusiastic approach that is happy to be part of our small team
- To be comfortable lifting items to and from vehicles
