Looking for a better work/life balance? Harper Adams University catering department is looking for an experienced and highly motivated Chef de Partie to join their busy team. Working predominately Monday to Friday (early shifts 6am until 2pm or late shifts 11am until 7pm). Please note, there will be occasional weekend work.
21 days annual leave rising to 25 days after 5 yearsβ service, 8 extra University closure days and all bank holidays. Closed during the Christmas and New Year period. Uniforms provided & all meals on duty. Great training available.
Working alongside Head Chef & Second Chef managing daily kitchen activities, including:
- Aiding with menu preparation
- Ensure all food preparation is carried out to high standards following designated recipes
- Monitoring ordering and stock
