Burgess recruitment is currently seeking a Sole Chef to join a 40+m M/Y. This role is ideal for an experienced chef who is flexible and able to cater to the crew's and guest's needs.
Responsibilities
- Prepare daily meals catering to crew and guest's needs/requirements.
- Manage inventory, ensuring all necessary supplies are stocked and fresh.
- Adhere to health and safety regulations at all times, ensuring cleanliness in the galley.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a similar role.
- Valid F&HL2 STCW, ENG1, and other relevant certifications.
- A strong understanding of yacht kitchen operations and handling large quantities of food.
- Ability to work efficiently and independently, maintaining professionalism in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent time management skills and ability to adapt to varying schedules.
- SCHENGEN visa or equivalent.
Start date: ASAP
Location: Italy
Leave: 60 days
Salary: 6000-6500 DOE
Vessel Program and itinerary: Private vessel, based in the Mediterranean.
