- High-level review of classic engineering artefact management, traceability and governance, controls and regulations in place that demands reporting-line procedures, that needs to be managed track and trace.
- Evaluate the thermal impact on optical performance, sensor heat from the lit source, taking that to thermal simulation, mechanical deformation, merging that to form model back simulation.
- Simulate lighting systems performance in the visible light range, evaluate photometric and colorimeter magnitude.
- Evaluate materials and lighting systems performance and appearance, extend analysis to radiometry.
We are a startup enhancing the formation of early stages of a product development project.
OUR KEY OBJECTIVES:
- Model the lighting system performance and perform physically correct colorimetry and photometry studies to validate materials and light sources.
- Explore intuitively light propagation and get an in-depth understanding to improve the performance of lighting systems.
- Analyse the specification to ensure compliance with regulations and requirements.
- Process tolerance studies of optomechanical systems.
- Determine both optimal mechanical and optical design parameters.
- Shorten engineering development by increasing efficiency and productivity.
- Conduct advanced analyses of the performance and appearance of lighting systems.
- Validate systems against design requirements and check compliance with regulatory standards.
- Conduct Colorimetry measurements and studies to validate our choice of materials.
- Conduct advanced analytics for photometry, radiometry, spectral intensity, illuminance and luminance.
- Conduct optical sensor tests and simulate sensor vision.
- Perform qualitative sensor design.
- Simulate and assess camera, lenses, raw materials, that go to space environment.
- Generate automatically the geometry reaching the targeted specifications; e.g. light guides, optical lenses and surfaces.
- Facilitate communication between product development teams.
- Design, analyse and compare the performance of several technical options to validate the compliance against our custom criteria and improve the perceived quality.
- Model thermal radiation directly from the body temperature for vision and detection systems, far infrared extension.
- Extend the optical simulation wavelength range.
- Evaluate post-processing algorithm at sensor level such as white balance, signal perturbation.
- Create intermediate lighting occurrence for faster simulation.
