This role offers a blend of training design and delivery, ensuring staff are equipped with the skills they need to excel, alongside recruitment coordination responsibilities, working with a Preferred Supplier List (PSL) of recruitment providers to support staffing needs.

Key Responsibilities:

Training Management:

  • Working with the Operations Manager, you will develop and deliver engaging training programmes for new and existing employees.
  • Identify training needs through collaboration with managers and staff feedback.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training sessions, ensuring continuous improvement.

Recruitment Coordination:

  • Collaborate with the PSL of recruitment providers to attract top talent.
  • Coordinate and manage the recruitment process, from vacancy approval to onboarding.
  • Maintain strong relationships with recruitment partners to ensure service quality.

General Duties:

  • Support compliance with industry standards and regulations through effective training.
