McCarthy Stone is looking for a professional and experienced Registered Estate Manager to lead the team at Bluebell House in Westcroft, Milton Keynes.
Package: £38,769 plus benefits + Career Progression AND BONUS. In addition to an annual bonus, our Estate Managers can earn additional UNCAPPED bonuses based on performance, paid quarterly – our highest earner last year received over £3,000.

Hours: 38.75 per week (mixed weekday and weekend shifts).
Development Information: Bluebell House is a Retirement Living Plus development with one and two-bedroom apartments, homeowners lounge, and landscaped gardens. It is one of our newest developments.

Must hold a QCF Level 5 in Health and Social Care or equivalent in management, or be in the process of completing it. Confident, experienced people manager capable of motivating a team. Experience in senior living or care development, with understanding of health and safety, property management, and budgeting.
