We are seeking a dedicated and experienced SEN Teaching Assistant to join a well established School based within a commutable distance of Colchester. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that SEN Students are receiving the appropriate quality education that they need. Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement tailored learning plans for students with special educational needs (SEN).
- Provide one-on-one support and guidance to students with SEN.
- Collaborate with teachers and parents to monitor and assess student progress.

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of student development and achievements.
Qualifications:
- Must have a valid DBS (Disclosure and Barring Service) certificate.
- Proven experience working with students with special educational needs (SEN).
- Relevant qualification around education or SEN is desirable.
- Strong understanding of SEN strategies and best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Day-to-day:
- Working closely with students, teachers, and parents to ensure individual learning needs are met.
