About the Role: We are looking for a renewals manager to join our Renewal team. The Renewals manager will be responsible for managing the renewal process for our existing customer base, ensuring high retention rates, and identifying opportunities for expansion. This role requires a blend of technical understanding, customer relationship management and strategic thinking to ensure high retention rates and a seamless renewal experience for our customers. You will report to the manager of the renewal team.
What You Will Do:
- Oversee the entire renewal process for assigned accounts to maintain and expand customer adoption.
- Work closely with sales, customer success, and support teams to ensure a seamless customer experience and identify upsell opportunities.
- Analyze customer data and develop renewal strategy tailored to the needs of our customers.
- Negotiate contract terms and pricing with technical decision-makers and procurement teams.
- Maintain accurate customer data and forecasts in Salesforce and flag any at-risk accounts on a weekly basis.
About You:
- 5+ years of experience in SaaS renewals with proven track record of exceeding renewal targets.
- Have a strong understanding of frontend development & cloud infrastructure.
- Strong communication & interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated self-starter, curious, and solution focused.
- Strong initiative, positive attitude, and both the ability and willingness to learn technical concepts.
- Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and tools used in developer-focused companies.
