Position Overview As the Group Finance Manager for EMEA, you will be responsible for supporting on the review of the financial health and operational efficiency of the EMEA region. This role will business partner with Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable (AR), Finance Systems and Accounts team to bring standardization and control. Duties · Implement best practices and process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy · Production of monthly KPI reporting to be shared with senior leadership team · Ensure that the company’s internal financial control systems, processes and policies are complied with by all parts of the company’s operations · Support in management of the short, medium & long term cash flow forecast to support the EMEA business in its management of working capital · Serve as the key finance contact for the Shared Service departments across AP, AR and Finance Systems · Be a key technical support to accounts payable function across EMEA, providing both system and technical support · Review and approve expenses across EMEA · Business partner with key stakeholders internally and externally to ensure good communication and sharing of key information · Help drive cost control initiatives and identify opportunities for operational efficiencies · Collaborate with IT and other stakeholders to enhance system capabilities and reporting functionalities · Support the business with ad hoc requests for data, insights, financial planning & analysis · Continuous improvement and active participation in all finance processes Job Requirements · Fully qualified accountant · 3+ years in a post qualified role · Proficient in financial systems and software with experience in finance transformation preferred · A high degree of attention and strong analytical skills is essential · Strong communication skills (verbal and written) with the ability to communicate internally with team members as well as externally with stakeholders · Confident decision maker, even with incomplete or limited information · Excellent planning and organisation skills with the ability to manage conflicting prioritise and meet tight deadlines · Work effectively in collaboration cross-functionally to achieve shared goals and deliver business objectives · Ability to work on a hybrid basis; 3 days in the office as a minimum · Travel is expected to be less than 5%, occasionally for training purposes We operate with No Ego and No Arrogance.
