You’ll be joining a high-energy, collaborative environment where creativity and innovation drive everything we do. Your Role As a Senior Designer , you’ll be a key driver in our design evolution. You’ll lead, inspire, and shape the future of our collections – not just designing what’s trending now, but setting the tone for what’s next. You’ll support in leading a team of designers, translating vision into trend-led ranges that delight our customers and deliver commercial success. What You’ll Be Doing Overseeing and developing sub-teams within the design structure, guiding designers, junior designers & assistants. Supporting and motivating the team through hands-on leadership and people management. Planning and tracking design KPIs to meet targets and drive efficiencies. Leading pre-sign-off meetings and representing design in director-level discussions. Partnering with Buying, QA, and suppliers to create standout, trend-driven collections. Regularly reviewing the competitive market and ensuring we’re always one step ahead. Translating trading data and commercial insights into actionable design strategies. Leading key growth or high-profit areas, taking ownership of their creative direction. Ensuring the design team runs like a well-oiled (and inspired) machine. Championing innovation and bringing forward-thinking projects to life. What We’re Looking For 5+ years of experience in fashion design, with at least 2 years in sourcing (including the Far East). Proven ability to manage, mentor, and develop high-performing teams. A creative powerhouse with excellent product knowledge and trend instincts. Commercially savvy with strong negotiation, organisational, and presentation skills. Adaptable, fast-moving, and ready to thrive in a high-energy environment.
