Job Description Sofitel London St James invites you to join a distinguished team where timeless elegance meets contemporary hospitality. We are seeking a detail-oriented Food & Beverage Sales Executive to oversee and coordinate all aspects of restaurant and event bookings across our dining venues, including Wild Honey St James , The Rose Lounge , St James Bar , and The Terrace . In this position, you will be looking after the reservations and private dining enquiries, curate bespoke guest experiences for key occasions such as Christmas and New Year’s Eve, and support revenue growth through strategic upselling and cross-selling. You will work closely with outlet managers and chefs to ensure seamless execution of every reservation and event, while upholding the highest standards of guest service. Key Responsibilities: Manage all bookings via 7Rooms and related platforms with precision and attention to detail. Coordinate private dining and special events in liaison with outlet managers and chefs. Ensure timely, accurate correspondence with all guests—responding within 24 hours. Maintain and distribute weekly BEOs and oversee booking guarantees and contracts. Maximise seating and revenue through smart yield management, menu quoting, and upselling. Become an expert in our systems, menus, and promotions, with full training provided. Stay informed on local events and market trends to anticipate guest needs and optimise operations. Offer intuitive service that goes beyond expectations, creating moments that last. Showcase the unique identity of each venue and how they stand apart from competitors. Produce weekly forecasts and performance reports for F&B outlets. Engage with local corporate clients to promote seasonal offerings and dining packages. Qualifications A detail-oriented professional with experience in restaurant reservations, F&B sales, or hospitality events. Knowledge of 7Rooms (or similar reservation systems) is a strong advantage. A proactive and collaborative mindset, with a passion for guest service and fine dining. Strong communication and organisational skills.
