Do you have experience working as a receptionist? Do you have an interest in Golf? If so, we’re looking for dedicated and enthusiastic Golf Receptionist to join our team! In return you get to work for a great company with like-minded people with a competitive salary and benefits package including:

Key Duties:
- To administer golf bookings using computerised and manual systems, ensuring all customers are booked in correctly.
- To administer the hire equipment and deposit system.
- To record and administer the lost property system.
- Ensure that all information displayed in the reception area is up to date and regularly restocked.
- To sell shop stock in accordance with company procedures & upsell at every opportunity.
- To assist with any general clerical duties as requested.
- To attend Receptionist meetings and feedback ways of improving and developing the service.
- To feedback any areas of concern or any Health and Safety issues to the Manager.
Role requirements:
Is to be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to members and guests at the golf course or club, managing check-ins, reservations, and handling various administrative duties.
