THE ROLE
We’re looking for travel enthusiasts with a passion for guest service for our depot in Chertsey - London. Reporting directly to the Branch's Operations Manager, as a Support & Cleaning Staff Member, your mission will be to ensure an outstanding level of customer service and contribute to maintaining our fleet of campervans in top condition.
WHAT WILL YOU WORK ON?
- Clean vehicle interiors and exteriors in compliance with all company standards and client requests;
- Verify and prepare and equip vans before each booking;
- Perform inspections and keep complete, accurate records of the vehicle's condition;
- Move and park vans or pick clients from the airport;
- Clean and maintain all equipment, extras and consumables stored at the depot;
- Deliver and collect cars from repairs and maintenance, or deliver vehicles to specific locations.
WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
- Valid Driver's licence and ability to drive a van;
- Ability to meet the physical demands of the position, including walking, crouching, bending, and standing for extended periods;
- Previous experience preparing cars for a car dealer or rent-a-car (plus);
- Eye for cleanliness and inspection;
- Communication and interpersonal skills;
- Immediate availability.
