We are seeking a Systems Test Engineer to join our client, employee-owned company based in North Somerset. As a leading provider of industrial DC charging systems, our client is committed to sustainability, offering bespoke and standard solutions for critical industries like rail, energy and healthcare! What You’ll Be Doing? As a Systems Test Engineer, you’ll report to the Test Supervisor and work closely with design, production and engineering teams to ensure products meet the high standards their customers rely on. Your key responsibilities will include: Testing and inspecting high-spec power systems and components Conducting Factory Acceptance Tests (FATs) to customer specifications Fault finding and diagnostics down to component level, including both through-hole and SMT PCBs Supporting continuous improvement by feeding back insights to the design and engineering teams Helping to maintain quality standards and develop robust testing processes Skills and Qualifications: · Qualified in Electrical/Electronic Engineering Hands-on testing skills, including software tools like LabView Strong problem-solving mindset and a proactive attitude A detail-focused, team-oriented approach Understanding of high frequency power supply would be desirable To apply, please submit a copy of your up-to-date CV clearly indicating your relevant experience.
