Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Support & Dealer Engagement
- Accurately enter distributor and dealer orders; maintain internal systems and ensure timely processing.
- Create new dealer accounts and manage onboarding documentation.
- Act as a key point of contact for dealer accounts, supporting their growth and success.
- Conduct outbound calls to nurture dealer relationships and develop new B2B opportunities.
- Support incoming sales calls and customer service escalations as needed.
- Manage product setup for distributor systems and assist with internal work order allocation.
- Support creation and scheduling of social media posts (graphics, captions, engagement).
- Track and reorder branded merchandise and promotional items (swag).
- Assist with photo/video content production and coordination for use across channels.
- Help maintain and update our Shopify website, including uploading photos, updating product pages, fitments, and captions.
- Coordinate and manage brand ambassadors for customer engagement at rallies.
- Attend select rallies to support setup, content creation, and customer experience.
- Capture live event content including product installs, rider testimonials, and tent activity.
- Monitor and manage swag inventory for events and ensure veteran gift program items are in stock.
- Enter and track Amazon orders and RMAs.
- Maintain inventory accuracy and update listings as needed on Seller Central.
- Generate royalty reports for Mustang’s signature product line partnerships.
What We’re Looking For:
- 1+ years of experience in a sales, marketing, or operations support role (consumer goods or power sports a plus).
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks across departments.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Occasional travel may be required.
