About the role
This role ensures the day-to-day organisation of customer collections, finding ways to improve customer satisfaction and maintain high levels of service. You will work with Linehaul Drivers and sites across our network to ensure smooth and efficient plans that our drivers can follow.
Key Responsibilities
- Planning large volume uplifts
- Long-, medium- and short-term planning for holidays and peak times
- Incorporating sustainability considerations into planning
- Provide audits and reviews of our Hubs
- Holiday support for key members of the team
- Day-to-day management of customer plans
Ideal Candidate / Qualifications
- Excellent multi-tasking skills and ability to work under pressure
- 1β2 years of experience in transportation or logistics is beneficial
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office is essential
