Job Purpose

Reporting to the Lead creative producer this role will assist on all aspects on the production of marketing and editorial assets for a range of departments. They will lead on projects and campaigns, as well as supporting the wider team on larger campaigns.

The right person for this role is very comfortable working in a fast-paced, creative environment and possesses a strong ability to multitask, prioritize and handle multiple projects concurrently. They should be confident in processing invoices, and maintaining trackers and DAMs.

They should have an obsessive attention to detail, loves being in the weeds, and is comfortable working on a variety of projects.

Responsibilities:

  • Leading projects from brief to delivery
  • Collaborating with designers and editors on creative briefs
  • Supporting the wider creative team on any campaigns
  • Creating and maintaining creative timelines and approvals
  • Scheduling and planning internal and external projects
  • Maintaining brand guidelines and brand guardian
  • Liaise with internal and external partners for creative briefs and feedback
  • Work closely with internal creative and production team
  • Traffic finished creative to stakeholders
